Refund Policy

At Kumudini’s Art Studio, every piece of art and each class is created and conducted with care and dedication. Due to the unique and handmade nature of our offerings, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Artworks and Commissions
  • Original Artworks: All sales of original artworks are final and non-refundable, unless the item arrives significantly damaged.

  • Custom Commissions: Custom artwork is created specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. Eligible cases may be offered a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

2. Classes & Workshops
  • Class bookings are non-refundable, but we offer flexibility:

    • You may reschedule a class if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

    • In case of emergencies, we may offer one complimentary reschedule (subject to availability).

    • No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

3. Gift Cards or Coupons
  • Gift cards and promotional codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. How to Request a Refund (for eligible cases)

Please email us at kumudinisartstudio@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product or before your class date. Include:

  • Your name and order details

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Photos (if the product was damaged)

We will respond within 3-7 business days to resolve your concern.
